This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, employer or company name, payment information, and details about your energy needs.

  2. Energy System and Usage Data. If you install an Ovanova microgrid, use a PET unit, deploy NERD hardware, or subscribe to GridGuardian AI, we collect operational data such as energy production, consumption, battery state of charge, generator run time, load patterns, EV‑charging status, equipment diagnostics, and environmental conditions. This data is used to monitor performance, provide customer support, forecast energy availability, and improve system reliability.

  4. Investment and Regulatory Information. If you participate in investment offerings or funding programs, we may collect additional information (e.g., income level, tax identification numbers, accreditation status, and other data required by securities laws). We collect grant or incentive documentation when helping customers apply for rebates or carbon credits.

  5. Third‑Party Data. We may receive information about you from third‑party sources, such as contractors, installers, financing providers, utility companies, government agencies, or joint marketing partners, where permitted by law.

  1. Affiliates and Service Providers. We share information with affiliates and third‑party service providers (such as installers, maintenance contractors, software‑hosting providers, data analytics firms, payment processors, and shipping partners) who perform services on our behalf. These parties are obligated to protect your information and use it only for authorized purposes.

  2. Utilities and Grid Operators. If you participate in grid‑services programs or virtual power‑plant arrangements, we may share system data (such as energy availability, load forecasts, and battery status) with utilities or grid operators to enable dispatch, compensation, and compliance with grid requirements.

  3. Government and Regulatory Agencies. We may disclose information to government agencies or administrators of grants, rebates, carbon‑credit programs, or tax incentives to process your applications or comply with regulatory requirements.
